Code of Conduct

At the core of every great company is a set of clear and consistent values. Our values inform every decision we make and guide us in our behaviours. It is up to all of our people at VSPRY to keep our values alive – they are an important part of who we are, and part of what makes us different.

Our Code of Conduct helps our people make the right choices. It provides further detail of how we should act in accordance with our values of Adhocracy, Adventure, Grit, Just and Simplicity. The principles making up the Code are:

  • We comply with laws and with our policies;
  • We do the right thing by our customers;
  • We respect confidentiality and do not misuse information;
  • We value and maintain our professionalism;
  • We work as a team; and
  • We manage conflicts of interest responsibly.
